Who doesn’t love a fresh start? For Diane Von Furstenberg, Spring 2012 is all about “New Beginnings.” Here, some of our own pick some of their favorites from the collection.

When I think of Spring, I think of… Sunshine, warm air and tank tops.
My favorite thing about Spring is… A sense of renewal, a fresh start. I especially feel this way living in New York, the entire landscape changes; the leaves are green, the sky is blue, people come out from under their coats, the tables at my favorite restaurants return to the sidewalks. The place is transformed.
I would describe my personal style as… Laid-back but put-together and always a hint of femininity. I adore the way French women dress and try to replicate that when I can and I’m also drawn to anything and everything with a 70’s vibe. DVF’s vintage collection of prints and designs from various looks she created in the 70’s totally spoke to me.
I chose this DVF maxi dress because… I love a wrap dress, it has always flattered my tall frame, and as everyone knows, nobody makes a wrap dress quite like Diane.

I’ll probably wear it… With leather sandals and a fantastic summer bag. The dress would look great with a wedge sandal too! What I love about a long dress is it can transition seamlessly into Fall by throwing a chunky sweater over the top and pairing with boots and a knit beret.

When I think of Spring, I think of… flowers, bright colors and ice cream.
My favorite thing about Spring is… the warm weather with light breeze and the smell of fresh cut grass.
I would describe my personal style as… comfort combined with fashion is what I like. For work, I prefer classic fitted sheath dresses with a pair of pumps. On the weekends, you can find me in skinny pants with an oversized button-down paired with wedges.
I chose this DVF cobalt blue dress because… it is a perfect dress for work in the springtime. The bright color combined with a perfectly fitted silhouette is very flattering.

I’ll probably wear it… on a warm day with a pair of strappy sandals. On a slightly cooler day, I would wear it with a pair of pumps and a light cardigan.

When I think of Spring, I think of… FINALLY! Spring is always my most anticipated season – it brings back eating outdoors, the beach, sandals. Most of the things I miss most about Florida; where I’m from.
My favorite thing about Spring is… the flowers. Blooming peonies, cherry blossoms, ranunculus and tulips are some of my favorites. I love them all!
I would describe my personal style as… classic with an edge. I love making a simple outfit fun with one key piece – either a bold color pant, layers of necklaces or bracelets or a patterned accessory or shoes.
I chose this tangerine DVF dress and lemon yellow cardigan because… of its eye-catching colors, simplicity and versatility. It looks young paired with a casual flat and could easily be brought into night with a pair of metallic wedges!

I’ll probably wear it… to a backyard/rooftop BBQ.

When I think of Spring, I think of… COLOR! Vibrant fabrics, from head-to-toe, in solids and fun patterns.
My favorite think about Spring is… that everything comes to life: flowers are in bloom, the sun is shining, and everyone can enjoy the city.
I would describe my personal style as… lady with an edge.
I chose this clover-colored DVF dress because… I was immediately drawn to its brilliant green hue and I like that it can be styled for a range of occasions.
I’ll probably wear it… with my favorite DVF wedge sandals and a jeweled necklace.
